We surface what you can't see from inside the system β€” the board dynamic, the team blind spot, the strategic tradeoff you keep deferring. Then we turn that clarity into moves that shift things.

My art practice taught me what you already know as a builder: breakthroughs don't come from analysis alone. You make a move, stay with the tension, let the next thing emerge. When the stakes are highest, you need someone who can hold that process with you.
